ABOUT THE POSITION
Danske Finans is Danske Bank's finance company operations in Sweden and offers corporate customers financing of various objects through leasing and installment payments. A large part of the business concerns fleet leasing, which means that companies can finance their vehicles through leasing. Danske Finans currently has a team of about 65 people, and you will be offered a fast-paced and welcoming workplace where good collaborations and positive energy characterize the atmosphere among colleagues. To thrive in the role, we see that you are meticulous and appreciate clarity and structure. You have good administrative experience and the ability to navigate different systems. In addition, you enjoy a role with social interactions where you can make suggestions, influence, and drive issues that you take responsibility for achieving, as well as being motivated by good collaboration within the team.
Working hours are weekdays between 8:30 AM and 5 PM, and the work is located in new, fresh premises in central Linköping. The position is a consulting assignment and extends to October 1, 2026, with good chances of extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Administrative management of fleets
- Handling incoming invoices and orders
- Supporting bank colleagues regarding fleet issues
- Maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers, customers, and corporate managers via email and phone
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English as it is required to perform the tasks
- Has previous experience in administrative work
- Has good knowledge of the Office package, primarily Excel
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in a similar role or hold a post-secondary education in finance.
